When it comes to legs there is no rhyme or reason to how we store our fat. You can be very slim and yet your fat distribution is very unusual. You may have extra fat around your knees, or larger fat pads inside the legs on the inner thigh, or you can have a larger proportion of your fat deposited on the outer thigh (saddle bags). These are fairly common issues when it comes to stubborn fat.
